1. Piano Land offers free standard delivery for pianos delivered to ground floor location(s) with no stairs, within the metropolitan Auckland area.
a. Free standard delivery covers the following areas within metropolitan Auckland:
i. South of the Puhoi tunnel,
ii. North of the Bombay Hills exit,
iii. West of Whitford,
iv. East of Westgate Shopping Centre.
2. Non-standard delivery includes, but is not limited to:Areas not covered under the free standard delivery as stipulated in point 1. a. i., ii., iii, iv.
a. Any extra arrangements and specialist equipment such as cranes.
b. Deliveries for out-of-Auckland addresses.
c. Any restricted access, slopes or flights of stairs.
d. Removal of old pianos.We will do our best to arrange these as soon as possible, however any extras and specialist equipment is subject to contractor availability.
3. The cost of delivery will be estimated upon purchase. We use external piano moving contractors and therefore delivery days and times are subject to their availability. Additional costs will apply to delivery locations outside of Auckland.
4. Once the delivery of your Piano Land piano is confirmed, we will invoice you separately.5. Both the delivery cost and the piano cost must be paid for in full prior to delivery. Once payment has been received, you acknowledge and confirm the delivery address as the address stated on the invoice.
6. Piano Land will not be held liable for any damages or losses in the delivery process caused by external factors such as weather, traffic, force majeure or any other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Delivery Policy will be resolved in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation and mediation, and failing resolution by those means, to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Auckland, New Zealand. -
1. This Buy-Back Policy applies only to pianos purchased online through our Piano Land website.
2. The Buy-Back Policy does not apply to pianos purchased in our Piano Land showroom or on Trademe.
3. Our Buy-Back Policy provides you with a 14-day money-back guarantee subject to the following:
a. You must let us know that you are not satisfied with the piano within 14 days of purchase,
b. The piano must be returned in the same condition in which it was purchased. This must include any accessories provided,
c. Piano Land will organise return freight of the aforementioned piano as soon as is possible. This will be subject to contractor availability.
4. Piano Land will only process a refund in accordance with the Buy-Back Policy once the piano has been received in the Piano Land showroom, the piano in question has been inspected by our technicians, and any defects have been noted.
5. The repairs required, as well as the return freight cost will be deducted from the total refund amount you will receive as part of the Buy-Back Policy.
6. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Buy-Back Policy will be resolved in accordance with New Zealand law. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation and mediation; and, failing resolution by those means, to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Auckland, New Zealand. -
1. We offer a 100% rebate on Piano Land purchases towards a new Steinway-designed Boston or Steinway piano sold through Lewis Eady.
2. If you upgrade your Piano Land piano to a new Steinway-designed Boston or Steinway piano, your old piano will be uplifted when your new piano is delivered. Standard pick up and delivery is included in the upgrade; however, conditions apply (see Delivery Policy).
3. Piano Land offers a 5-year timeframe for upgrades from a Piano Land piano to either a new Steinway-designed Boston or Steinway piano.
4. Any disputes arising from, or in connection with, the Upgrade Policy will be resolved in accordance with New Zealand law. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation and mediation; and, failing resolution by those means, to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Auckland, New Zealand.

1. If you find a piano of the same year, model and condition through another piano retailer, Piano Land will match this price and gift you a CG$100. Voucher.
2. Proof must be supplied as either a written quotation on company letterhead or via a link to the piano for sale on the retailer’s website. The Price Match Policy does not apply to private sales. Piano Land reserves the right to reject a Price Match if we believe the piano is not of the same year, model, or quality.
3. If a Price Match is accepted, Piano Land Terms & Conditions and Delivery Policy still apply.
4. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Price Match Policy will be resolved in accordance with the law of New Zealand. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation and mediation. Failing resolution by these means, consent to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Auckland, New Zealand.
