1. The instrument is fully warranted to be free from defects of workmanship and materials for 10 years from the date of original purchase from Piano Land. The rights of the original purchaser shall not be assignable (transferable) to any other person.

2. The company will, without charge to the purchaser, rectify any defects (see conditions of defects stated in Subsection 4). If it is necessary to remove the faulty instrument to an approved workshop, the transport costs shall be at the cost of the purchaser.

3. If any warranty repairs are made other than by Piano Land’s authorised technicians, authority for this alternate technical service must be given by Piano Land.

4. This warranty does not apply to routine maintenance such as string replacement, tuning, regulation and voicing, or if defects are due to the following:
a. Accidental damage,
b. Damage caused by extreme changes in temperature and humidity,
c. The piano is abused, modified or negligently used,
d. The piano’s factory number has been altered or defaced,
e. Improper repair or maintenance, which includes work completed.
