Buy-Back Policy

1. This Buy-Back Policy applies only to pianos purchased online through our Piano Land website.

2. The Buy-Back Policy does not apply to pianos purchased in our Piano Land showroom or on Trademe.

3. Our Buy-Back Policy provides you with a 14-day money-back guarantee subject to the following:
a. You must let us know that you are not satisfied with the piano within 14 days of purchase,
b. The piano must be returned in the same condition in which it was purchased. This must include any accessories provided,
c. Piano Land will organise return freight of the aforementioned piano as soon as is possible. This will be subject to contractor availability.

4. Piano Land will only process a refund in accordance with the Buy-Back Policy once the piano has been received in the Piano Land showroom, the piano in question has been inspected by our technicians, and any defects have been noted.

5. The repairs required, as well as the return freight cost will be deducted from the total refund amount you will receive as part of the Buy-Back Policy.

6. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Buy-Back Policy will be resolved in accordance with New Zealand law. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation and mediation; and, failing resolution by those means, to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Auckland, New Zealand.
